Description

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued. Therefore, any firm that believed it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Staton X-Ray Tune Assembly Item Number 7115301 QTY (1) Delivery location: VAMC Dallas 4500 S Lancaster Drive, Dallas TX, 75216, NACIS 423450 applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.253 (c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Support evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. Documentation must be received by February 19, 2013 at noon in order to be considered. A determination by the Government not compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
