Solicitation number VA786-12-R-0158 This Presolicitation Notice is issued as a 100% Service-disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) set aside The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) requires the services of a contractor to provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform and complete all work to establish a Marker Grid Support System for Fort Richardson National Cemetery, Fort Richardson, AK. As a SDVOSB, you are required to complete the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) registration at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and all awardees must be registered at the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at Joselito.Roman@VA.Gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about February 15, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., March 8, 2013.
