- Description
- This synopsis covers an unrestricted acquisition with a HUBZone price evaluation preference of Coveralls, Fuel Handlers, Blue JP-8, Tri-Layer; NSN 8415-01-500-9099(s). This solicitation will contain a base year and 3 one-year term options, each with quantities of 345 Guaranteed Minimum / 1,380 Annual Estimated Quantity / 1,725 Annual Order Limitation Quantity. Salient Characteristics of the Coveralls, Fuel Handlers, Blue JP-8, Tri-Layer will be provided in the solicitation. Production lead-time is 120 days, with 3 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, FOB Destination. Low Price Technically Accepted procedures will be used. Product Demonstration Model will be required for destructive testing. Far Part 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items) applies as the use of simplified acquisition procedures will be implemented.
