- End Item Application: AIRCRAFT, EAGLE F-15 - NSN: 6695-01-255-3319. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transducer, Motional. This solicitation will be result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base year and four option years. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 3B source controlled item to Parker Hannifin Corporation - CAGE: 93835; the approved source is Kavlico Corporation, CAGE: 22863, P/N GM7462-2. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 36 each, the total Max Contract Quantity is 180 each. The requested delivery is: 144 Days ARO; FOB: Destination - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 4, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
