Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for Technical Reference Model/Technical Assessments (TRM/TA) management group and sub-group support services, One-VA TRM system support services, and technical assessment services. The TAC intends to award a sole source, 2-month, firm-fixed-price contract to Innovative Management Concepts (IMC), 21400 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 210, Dulles, VA a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) pursuant to authority 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), Veterans First Contracting Program and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. The proposed action will provide administrative support, communications and technical writing, customer training, process development and quality assurance support as well as research and analysis to promote the natural progression and future enhancements of the TRM. The solicitation number for this effort is VA118-13-R-0125. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541519. The estimated date of award for this action is February 28, 2013. This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposals.
