- The USDA-FS is posting a Pre-Solicitation notice for the purpose of informing industry that a solicitation for nursery equipment (FOB destination) - specifically for the purchase of a nursery shade-house rolling table bench system will be posted shortly. This equipment must match existing system. Specifications will be provided. Tables shall be delivered to: Eldorado National Forest, Placerville Nursery, 2375 Fruitridge Road, Camino, CA 95709. Installation of rail system is not part of this requirement. The solicitation# AG-9A63-S-13-0027 is scheduled to be posted o/a 22 February 2012. The projected response due date is 11 March 2012. Transportation costs will be included in item pricing, not as a separate line item. All work will be accomplished IAW the Statement of Work and detailed specifications (which will be available in the solicitation). The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. The anticipated delivery date is 30 days after award. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supplies contract. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 337124 and a related small business size standard of 500 employees. Interested parties are advised to ensure they are registered in www.sam.gov and their company information is current. This notice is not a request for proposals and proposals received as a result of this pre-solicitation notice will not be accepted or evaluated.
