- The Deep Canyon Culvert removal project consists of removing a 72' CMP from Canyon Creek. The roadwidth ranges from 24 feet to 35 feet wide with large fills. The road shall be decommissionned by recontouring as described in worklist. All fill material in draw will be removed and stream channel restored to natural grade and dimensions. This will require hauling excessive material away to approved waste sites. The waste sites require some preparatory work with post haul shaping and cleaning. All disturbed areas will be seeded on recontoured roadbed and waste sites. In addition, native forbs and shrubs will be transplanted from areas adjacent to the recontroured roadbed. Grade control structures will be constructed in newly reconstructed stream channel.
