- This is a sources sought notice and request for information. The Regional Contracting Office for the 414th CSB in Vicenza, Italy will use the responses to this sources sought notice to determine potential responsible vendors capable of providing the services described herein. The US Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. BACKGROUND: The purpose of this acquisition is to provide office relocation services within the US Army installations located in Vicenza, Italy. The office relocation will occur to, from, or within any combination of the following sites: Caserma Ederle; Longare; Del Din; Lerino; ASP #7; Torri di Quartesolo. REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall provide the full range of services necessary to satisfy the Government's office relocation requirements. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, for the preparation and movement of Government-owned office furniture, office equipment, and personal items. In order to guarantee the best service in terms of responsiveness, the vendor will have to respond within one (1) work day from the date of a call. The Government is contemplating the establishment of four (4) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 484210. Each BPA will have a three (3) year ordering duration beginning on its date of establishment. Each call estimated to exceed the amount of $3,000.00 will be competed amongst the parties on the four (4) BPAs. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package, demonstrating the ability to perform the services listed above. In order to deem the vendors' responsible, the package shall include the following documentation: 1.Certificato Camera di Commercio (Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce), NOT older than six (6) months at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry. Self-certifications are NOT allowed. The business purpose (oggetto sociale) should include but is not limited to: moving services, drayage services, porterage services, packing and un-packing services, furniture assembling and disassembling (servizi di trasloco, servizi di brevi trasporti, servizi di facchinaggio, imballaggio e disimballaggio, smontaggio e rimontaggio mobili). 2.DURC: A copy, NOT older than ninety (90) days at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry of the DURC (Documento Unico di Regolarit Contributiva). Self certifications (autocertificazioni) are NOT allowed. The document MUST include the following statement: quote mark Con il presente documento si dichiara che l'impresa RISULTA REGOLARE ai fini del DURC quote mark (We hereby declare that the firm IS IN COMPLIANCE with the DURC requirements). 3.SAM Registration. In order to register on SAM website ( https://www.sam.gov ), vendors must have a DUNS number ( obtainable on http://dbitaly.dnb.com ) and a NATO code (obtainable www.dlis.dla.mil/forms/form_AC135.asp) The capability statement package must be sent by email to Elisa Marchetti, elisa.marchetti.ln.asc@mail.mil. Submissions must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET) on 01 March 2013.
