U.S. GOVERNMENT Project # 1OR2077 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:OR City:Bend Delineated Area:CBD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):6000 Space Type:Office, Office Related Parking Spaces (Total):See Additional Requirements Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):See Additional Requirements Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 Firm Term:5 Option Term:10 Additional Requirements:No history of prior heavy industrial use, including but not limited to large dry cleaning operations, rail yards, gas stations, or industrial facilities. Visible or easily located from an arterial street. If on high-traffic or multi-lane street, traffic signals located within two blocks for safe access. Within equivalent of 2 city blocks of public transit stop. Ground floor. If above ground floor, minimum two accessible elevators to access space, one of which may be a freight elevator. Not below ground floor. Adequate parking at reasonable market rates within two blocks. Sufficient disabled parking consistent with ADA. On-site parking is preferred and will be considered as an additional space consideration factor for leased space. No (0) parking spaces required for assigned Government owned vehicles Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/year flood plain.
