Description

Flaming Gorge Tour Guide Annoncement is amended to reflect the following Changes. Project Description: Tour Guide Services for Flaming Gorge Dam, Visitor Center, and Recreation Area. Varying numbers of tours are to be conducted from April 15 through October 15. The one year base contract will begin April 15, 2013, and the Government may exercise four one options, extending the performance perid through October 15, 20017. The firm fixed contract will also include clause 52.217-08, Option to Extend Services. This acquisition no longer falls under FAR subpart 15.101-2. It now will be procured under DIAPR 2013-03 - Class Deviation from the Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection process and FAR Part 12, Acqusition of Commercial Items. The Government is placing the solicitation out for full and open competition. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is March 15, 2013.
