- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office on behalf of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought notice to seek sources to provide hemodialysis supplies to its at home self-dialyzing patient population. First preference will be given to Small Business Concerns. Supplies will be prescribed by physician and delivered directly to patient's place of residence. All orders must be delivered within 48 hours; emergent orders must be delivered within 24 hours and provide for Saturday delivery when required. Vendor must be capable of accepting electronically placed orders, which allows for editing and pricing. Tracking information on all orders must be available to Veteran Affairs Medical Center Staff and Patients. Substituting of items is not authorized. Additional items may be added at the discretion of the Department of Veteran Affairs.
