Description

The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor, materials and perform work for Project 538-12-117, entitled Create Parking Lot Building 31 at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 385 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications and drawings will be available on line on or about February 19, 2013. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. (local time) in Building 1, Room 121, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all Prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. This will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. Bid Opening is scheduled for Friday, March 22, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). This project is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. NAICS Code 238990
