- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Hyattsville Delineated Area: West boundary: Northwest Branch Anacostia River North boundary: East on Wells Blvd, which turns into Wells Parkway and continues east on Clagett Road and continues south to Wells Parkway East boundary: Baltimore Ave South boundary: west on Oglethorpe Street to south on Queen Chapel Road to west on Nicholson to north on Ager Road Sq. Ft. (RSF): 12,222 Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,816 Space Type: Childcare Center Parking Spaces (Total): 3 + TBD Number of Drop off Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: - Offered space must be within a half mile from Prince Georges Plaza Metro - Offered space must be located on the First floor (i.e. level of exit discharge) of the building - Offered space must include a fenced outdoor play area totaling approximately 5,063 SF - Location must allow for the safe arrival and departure of children Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
