- Notice of Intent for Sole Source The San Antonio Medical Military Center intends to award a sole source contract to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for annual license fee renewal. The NRC has regulatory authority over the possession and use of byproduct, source, or special nuclear material in medicine. NRC oversees medical uses of nuclear material through licensing, inspection, and enforcement programs. The NAICS code of this procurement is 926130 and the size standard is $6.5M. Award will be made on 02 March, 2013 and effective 01 March, 2013.
