This is a re-issue of a previous solicitation Services requested are: Service to uninterruptable power supply (UPS) Emergency service. Full Service coverage including 24/7 emergency service. Calls answered immediately when placed or if a message left a return call within 30 minutes. On site response time 4 hours or less. Coverage includes 100% parts, Labor Travel and on-site time for both remedial and emergency repair with exception of battery and full string capacitor replacement. Preventative Maintenance Visits: Schedule 8-5 Monday - Friday except Federal Holidays unless approved by COR. First schedule visit will be within 2 weeks of start of performance period. Equipment: APC Symmetra PX System id: S45608 S/N: ED05220010080 kva: 40 APC Symmetra - SYBATT modules: 7 Peco II DC Power Plant System id: S42026 (3) 50 Amp Rectifiers Located at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center Cheyenne WY 82001.
