- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is W912CN-13-T-0103. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-65 and DFARS Publication Notice 20121231. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 561621 and the Small Business Standard is $12.5M. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing: Facility Security Monitoring and Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection (to include Notifications) and Maintenance that will cover the buildings and surrounding grounds for the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies, HI and as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The closing date of the solicitation will be 04 March 2013 at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
