- Army Contracting Command Warren (ACC-WRN) anticipates issuing a 100% Small Business Set Aside solicitation that will result in a Firm Fixed Price, 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the following item: NSN: 1005-01-134-3625 Noun: Post, Front Sight PN: 9349056 Minimum Guaranteed Quantity: 15,000 each Maximum Contract Quantity: 225,000 each FOB: Destination Packaging: Military B The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 31 January 2013 with an approximate response date of 4 March 2013. Acceptance Inspection Equipment and Phosphate Coating are requirements of this procurement. The Technical Data for this item is restricted/export controlled and requires submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Technical Data WILL NOT BE AVAILABE UNTIL A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) form will be attached to the SOLICITATION and is required to access the Technical Data Package (TDP). This solicitation incorporates a TDP that can only be obtained via the internet. To obtain a copy of the TDP, a prospective offeror must 1) sign an NDA, 2) have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) (http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/), and 3) have access to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). If you do not have a current DD 2345 on file with DLIS, it is recommended that you complete this certification as soon as possible. If you do not have access to FedBizOpps, it is recommended that you register as soon as possible. If interested in this requirement, please register to receive notification at the bottom of this web page to receive automatic notification when the solicitation is released. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore hard copies will not be provided. Vendors may download a hardcopy of the solicitation on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/cfdata/sol/sol01.cfm PLEASE NOTE: This notice is not a request for proposal. This notice is only a Synopsis for an anticipated solicitation to procure the Post, Front Sight. Access to the TDP cannot be requested until a solicitation is issued.
