- Site Visit Instructions Request For Proposal SOLICITATION #: FA5703-13-R-0014 - MSA Administrative Trailer This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64 Effective 17 Jan 2013. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued under: 236220 - Addition, alteration and renovation, commercial and institutional building. NO SET-ASIDE IS USED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. A sit visit has been set for 13 Mar 13 at 1300 Local time, please see site visit attachment and Clause 52.236-27 for further instructions. Delivery Schedule: Provide best possible delivery date, less than 90 days, with proposal. Contractor is responsible for delivery and installation. Delivery Location: Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait The US government will use the conversion of.2812 USD to KD. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations may be emailed to John.Purcell@asab.afcent.af.mil no later than 23 Mar 2013, 1500 (L).
