- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for the purchase and delivery of the following undercarriage parts for one 950J John Deere dozer Serial Number LU950JX009553. All parts supplied shall be OEM certified bolt in replacements. All parts shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government work force shall be doing the installation of parts, so labor should not be included. All parts shall be delivered to the Corps of Engineers Fountain City Service Base, in Fountain City, WI. Solicitation number W912ES-13-T-0022 is issued as 100% 'unrestricted' in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for two (2) Rotating Bushing Track Chains/Rails w/o Shoes. Line Item 0002 is for eight (8) Rollers, single flange. Line Item 0003 is for six (6) Rollers, double flange. Line Item 0004 is for four (4) Carrier rollers. Line Item 0005 is for two (2) Idlers (Idlers can be remanufactured if it is a cost savings to the Government). Line Item 0006 is for one (1) Sprocket Segment Kit, Sprocket hardware, Track hardware, and Roller hardware. Line Item 0007 is for four (4) Retainer Plates - 2 left and 2 right, Reference John Deere Part #9184505 and #9184506. CONTRACTORS MUST QUOTE ON AND PROVIDE ALL PARTS REQUESTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK. Parts must be delivered by 26 DEC 2012. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS Code is 811310 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Offeror must be registered in the new System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.acquisition.gov prior to award. This new website takes the place of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A determination of the Government not to award based on the responses of this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
