- Description
- Food Service Concessionaire to provide all personnel, transportation, supervision, food, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, and related supplies required in the operation of any style sit-down/take-away eatery and limited bar operations. Specifically, the contractor's manager must demonstrate to the NAFI manager and the contracting officer the ability to prepare and serve a diversified menu of fresh, cook to order meals and alcoholic beverages (beer and/or wine); to provide prompt and professional customer service; and to accommodate other types of private functions. The contractor must have at least three years of documented experience in managing eatery and bar operations.
