- Description
- Solicitation FA3047-13-T-0013 CAMO Lackland Aif Force Base is seeking non-personal services for Telephone and Referral Appointment Clerks (TAC) referred to as Contractor Personnel at San Antonio, Texas Department of Defense Military Treatment Facilities (MTF). The Contractor Personnel shall perform services and support compatible with the medical facility's operating capacity and equipment. Individual agents shall utilize the Automated Call Distribution (ACD) system IAW established protocols and where applicable, use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Rules in combination with developed skill sets in the execution of CAMO's internal mission. The TACs shall answer forty thousand (40,000) to fifty thousand (50,000) ACD routed calls per month with an average handle/transaction time of less than three (3) minutes per call IAW with local and TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) guidance. The Period of Performance is 1 April-30 September 2013; with one 12 month option. This acquisition is 100% set asisde as an 8(a) competitive acquistion for qualified concerns.
