- VA69D-13-Q-0572 The Government has a need for a Contractor that will provide Court Reporter services for the Tomah Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center, 500 East Veteran Street, Tomah, Wisconsin. The Tomah VA Medical Center has an occasional need of Court Reporter services for Administrative Investigative Boards (AIB), Arbitrations and potentially for other third party appeals. The Court Reporter will provide necessary records required which are used for settlements or decisions that are binding and legal. The contractor will not perform services unless written documentation is approved by the Contracting Officer (signed STANDARD FORM 1449).
