- A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 10:00am ET at the O'Neill Federal Building located at 10 Causeway St., Boston, MA. Attendees will be directed to the conference room upon entering the main entrance of the building and undergoing security screening. Attendance to this meeting is encouraged but is not mandatory. The PowerPoint presentation slides providing a summary of the conference will be uploaded to the FBO website after the conference for all vendors who are unable to attend.
