PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT UPCOMING SITE VISIT ON 3/20/13. 4. ADDS PWS SECTION 6.5 TITLED "CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING FOR PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE." 5. REVISES THE CONTRACTOR-QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE. Synopsis for SP4530-13-R-0003, Hawaii HW Removal and Disposal The contractor shall provide all services necessary for the final treatment / disposal of the hazardous property listed in the attached Schedule of Line Items, in accordance with all Local, State, International, and Federal laws and regulations, and the terms and conditions of this contract. These services shall include all necessary personnel, including applicable subcontractors, labor, analysis, transportation, packaging and equipment. All Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), regardless of their condition, are being discarded by the Government and are considered to be waste. A list of primary pick-up locations is attached. All hazardous property placed on task order(s) on this contract will be accompanied by documentation and markings provided by the Government that comply with all applicable local, state, and Federal laws and regulations relating to the generation and storage of hazardous property. The contractor must also comply with all OSHA and U.S. Department of Defense safety regulations and procedures. Posting of the solicitation package to the Federal Business Opportunities website is estimated to occur sometime in December 2012. The estimated start date for on-site performance is May 15, 2013.
