- Solicitation SPM4A2-13-R-0004 will be issued to add 35 sole source NSNs to the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286) corporate contract SPM4AX-12-D-9402. The solicitation will be issued in the form of a letter and will not be available for download. Sikorsky (CAGE 78286) is the only known source of supply. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source of supply I/A/W FAR 6.302. The NSNs will be stock and customer direct. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the government.
