- End Item Application: 39N - SEA KING HELICOPTER - NSN: 6680-01-378-9298. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Tachometer, Electro. This solicitation will be result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a1R item, the approved source is: Dynamic Instruments, CAGE: 47181, P/N 0219-0027-2. This is a critical application item. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement utilizing other than full and open competition applies. The Estimated Annual Contract Quantity (EACQ) is as follows: Base Year: 72 each, Option Year: 72 each. Delivery - 144 days ARO; FOB: Destination - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 15, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
