- THIS IS A COMPETITIVE 8(A) SET ASIDE ACQUISITION The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals for accounting, auditing and other financial services, (pending availability of funds). It is anticipated that this will result in multiple awards (up to five) of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) cost type contracts, firm-fixed price contracts or a combination of both. The purpose of these IDIQ contracts will be to assist HRSA's Office of Federal Assistance Management (OFAM), Division of Financial Integrity (DFI) in providing expert business and financial management reviews of (A) external HRSA-supported programs, and (B) internal HRSA operations. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, facilities, services, and equipment necessary for the performance of work as stated in any individual Task Order (TO) issued under this Multiple Award IDIQ Contract. The anticipated Period of Performance will be for a base year of twelve (12) months plus four (4) twelve (12) months options and will be limited to certified 8(a) firms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541211 and the small business size in dollars is $7.5m. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 7 March 2013. It will be available at this website at www.fbo.gov under HHS, Health Resources and Services Administration, Posted Dates. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for any amendments to the solicitation. The Agency will consider proposals from all responsible sources.
