- Good Day, The U.S. Geological Survey is requesting a quotation for the following, in accordance with the attached requirements document; Line Description 010 Purchase of a portable, lightweight X-ray machine for veterinary use on wildlife. Specifications attached. Technical evaluation will be based on Brand Name or Equal to MinXray TR90 Tough Ray. Brand Name or Equal is authorized by FAR Provision 52.211-6. Please provide a quotation by Monday, March 11, 2013 by 1200 EST. Kindly email your quote to cvega@usgs.gov. See Instructions below. -- Instructions to Vendors and Evaluation Criteria Vendors shall quote model that meets or exceed. Vendors shall provide product documentation of its products compliance with specifications. If documentation submitted does not clearly demonstrate vendors products meets these requirements its quote may not be considered. Award will be made on lowest-price, technically acceptable based on the following criteria: 1.Price 2.Technical acceptance Please note that registration at www.sam.gov and https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ is mandatory in order to receive award. Vendors must provide the following with their quote: -Tax Identification Number -DUNS Number -GSA Number (if applicable) -Warranty information (if applicable) -Business status (large, small, woman-owned, minority-owned, disadvantaged.)
