- SOL-656-13-000005 Presolicitation Notice for SOL-656-13-000005 The overarching goal is to provide capacity development support to local partners that either receive direct funding from USAID/Mozambique or are potential direct awardees of USAID/Mozambique. USAID/Mozambique seeks to obtain capacity development services in the areas of strategic and operational planning processes; human resources management; financial management and internal controls; organizational governance; project performance management and monitoring and evaluation (M&E); External relations; sustainability; and procurement. Activities under this contract will support objectives in the following sectors: Democracy and Governance; Economic Growth; Health; and Education. USAID Task Order Contracting Officers (TOCOs) will request the work through the issuance of task orders.
