- Construction Project: This project requires the contractor to provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials and incidentals to perform the work. Work consists of removing the old hoists; designing, manufacturing, and installing two new hoists for the fishway entrance weirs at the Little Goose North Shore Fish Ladder. Work is located at the Little Goose Dam on the north side of the Snake River in Washington State, Whitman County. The in-water work period is January 02 - 30, 2014. The Contractor must complete all in-water work during the specified period. In-water work consists of attaching each hoist to its respective gate and conducting operational tests. All other work (non in-water) must be completed no later than 15 March 2014. See the solicitation for important details on the period of performance. The construction magnitude is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price are required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238290. This project is open to both large and small business concerns. The small business size standard for NAICS code 238290 is no more than $14,000,000.00 in average annual receipts over the firm's last three fiscal years. Invitation for Bids No. W912EF-13-B-0003 will be posted to the FBO website on or before 27 March 2013. Bids will be due no sooner than 30 calendar days after the solicitation is issued.
