- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement for a Physical Therapist to lead one (1), thirty (30) minute group exercise session per week for fifty two (52) weeks. The resulting contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The Contract will be for a Base Year (52 Sessions) plus four (4) Option Years. The Solicitation is issued as unrestricted business size. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued on 2/26/2013 with responses due on 3/06/2013, 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
