Sources Sought Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price contract with one base year and four (4) option years for maintenance of Hobart Dish machine, Model FT900D-263, S/N 271191780, Aero works Dishware Conveyor, Model #SBC, S/N J111264, Hobart Melcher, Model WPS-1200, S/N 10-0200601, Champion Cart washer, Model 3072-PT-SCSC, S/N 11-9848, Douglas Pot & Pan Washer, Model SD-36-SCSC, S/N 11/9952 and Hobart Turbo wash, Model TW 11, S/N 23-1133003. The purpose of this announcement is to seek out possible SDVOSB, VOSB or any other small businesses that can provide the service of this equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies, materials, parts, equipment, labor, supervision, management and transportation to perform all tasks for proper maintenance at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida, 33744. The NAICS code is 811310. All information for this solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. All prospective bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
