The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with Thermo Electron North America for the below: ISQEILT ISQ Mass Spectrometer EL Large Turbo S/N# ISQ120110 Coverage: Unity Essential Support Plan-Chrom-GC 119900-0115 Trace GC 2000 S/N# 6201105646 Coverage: Unity Essential Support Plan-Chrom-GC 25117562 AS3000 II For Trace Right Side S/N# 420112198 Coverage: Unity Essential Support Plan-Chrom-GC FM105033 Surveyor MSQ (Thermo Low Mass Option) S/N# MSQ10264 Unity Essential Support Plan-Chrom-LC The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Simone Rittenhouse, email address simone.rittenhouse@atf.gov by Wednesday February 27, 2013 (11:00 am EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
