Map of the Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NC City: Goldsboro Delineated Area: North: begin at intersection of Highway 13 and Grantham Street, go east on Highway 13 to N. Oak Forest Road East: continue south on N. Oak Forest Road to E. Ash Street South: go west on E. Ash Street to S. Berkeley Street, go south on S. Berkeley Street to E. Elm Street, continue west on E. Elm Street to Highway 13 West: go north on Highway 13 from intersection with E. Elm Street SEE ATTACHED MAP Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,601 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,881 Space Type: Office with Warehouse Storage Space Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Surface): 22 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Not Applicable Additional Requirements: Minimum of 5,601 ABOA SF to maximum of 5,881 ABOA SF is required.
