- Description
- Premium maintenance plan is required for the AudioCARE System, a fully automated prescription refill telephonic call-in system currently in use in the 23 Medical Group (MDG) Pharmacy. The premium maintenance agreement shall include hardware maintenance, hardware replacement within one business day; software support to include voice recordings, help desk, documentation and medication formularies; and, software updates and enhancements. This agreement shall also include regular updates to the medication consultation text. A Customized Audio Menu is required so that extra information can be given to the patient (i.e., hours of operations, transfer options, system help, etc.). On-going annual maintenance is required to keep this system operational and the annual license agreement in effect.
