- This serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation for Tank Testing will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S212T3011. The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform testing of petroleum bulk storage systems on Fort Drum, New York. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be quote mark Firm Fixed Price quote mark. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 541380. Representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. After the solicitation is posted questions shall be submitted in writing via email to; rosalind.m.shoemaker.civ@mail.mil, or delivered, mailed to, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, 45 West Street, Fort Drum, NY 13602-5220.
