Description

STATEMENT OF WORK SERVICE Contractor is to supply all Parts and labor to repair and maintain in working order the Stryker stretchers and beds listed on the attached inventory of equipment. Part will exclude mattresses. Contractor will provide factory authorized service technicians who will be capable of doing the annual preventive maintenance checks and all repairs without voiding any factory warranties. EMERGENCY Emergency service calls will be subject to a 2-hour response time from the time the call is received. DOCUMENTATION: Required Joint Commission Paperwork will be maintained at all times and supplied upon request. Updates to these records will be made with each repair and PM check.
