- JOFOC The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for access to Motorola's STARCOM21 Communication system in Illinois. ATF has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to award this requirement with a base year and up to 4 option years (3/1/13-2/28/18) to the owner and sole-operator, Motorola. The Estimated Value is $81,480. Motorola is located on 1301 E. Algonquin Road, Rm 3070 in Schaumburg, IL 60196. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, ATF intends to negotiate and award a Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to Motorola Solutions. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; THEREFORE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Interested parties, should there be, may email technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Government's requirement to the Contract Specialist listed by this Close Date & Time of this Special Notice.
