- Description
- Strategic Systems Programs intends to issue a competitive solicitation to obtain the repair/disposition capability and repair of identified items that are part of the Strategic Weapons System (SWS), Attack Weapon System (AWS), and Navigation Work Station (NWS) systems, subsystems, and auxiliary systems that SSP is responsible for at the Government-owned Shipboard Electronic Repair Facility (SERF) located in Pittsfield, MA. A contract award is anticipated on 01 October 2013 and will include optional line items for FY2015-FY2018. The Contractor shall have SECRET clearance for all personnel working the contracted effort. The solicitation (N00030-13-R-0041) will be posted on this website on or about April 19, 2013. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. It is the responsibility of the potential Offerors to monitor this site or Federal Business Opportunities web (https://www.fbo.gov) for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contract Specialist Michael McLaughlin email address. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting frequently asked questions at fbo.gov accordingly; questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after May 10, 2013 will be answered.
