Delineated Area Map Notice of intent U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to use Other Than Full and Open Competition in Orlando, FL The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Orlando, FL, that will be expiring. The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Orlando Delineated Area: North – Lee Vista Blvd East – South Goldenrod Road & Heinlzelman Blvd South - Heinlzelman Blvd &South Access Road & County Road 530 West - County Road 530 & Tradeport Drive & South Conway Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,828 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,828 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 90 Parking Spaces (Surface): 80 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Must be located within 7 minutes of the airport Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: March 5, 2013, 4:30PM EST The US Government currently occupies 17,859 rentable square feet fully serviced. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a superseding lease for 22,828 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. TO BE CONSIDERED, Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (This is not an invitation for bids nor a request for proposals): Building name/address § Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN) § Location of space in the building and date it will be available § One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered § ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) § Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included § Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF § Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized representative § In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement, and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission § "Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. ”Expressions of interest accepted only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of the agreement authorizing representation with their response to the advertisement."
