- Staff and Administrative Coordinator (US/TCNPSC) ISSUANCE DATE: February 16, 2013 CLOSING DATE: March 12, 2013 SOLICITATION NO: SOL-306-13-000035/OEGI SUBJECT: Solicitation No. SOL-306-13-000035/OEGI for U.S/Third Country National Personnel Service Contractor (US/TCNPSC) Staff and Administrative Coordinator Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in providing the personal services contract (PSC) services as described in the attached solicitation.
