- The Military Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Carlisle Barracks intends to award this requirement for annual maintenance and repairs (minor) on the motorized rigging control system on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This Sources Sought is not a request for competitive quotes however, all information received in response to this Sources Sought will be used within the Contracting Command to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the Command. The intent of this market research is to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources to broaden future competition. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Sources Sought announcement. The Command will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought announcement. Should any future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, the period of performance is to be 12 months from date of award as a base period with the possibility of four option years. The Carlisle War College requirement of annual maintenance and minor repairs of JR Clancy Scene Control 500 Rigging Control System includes adjustment and lubrication on all twelve (12) units plus the motorized stage curtain tracks in accordance with JR Clancy equipment's repair/maintenance procedures.
