Description

The Sources Sought Notice VA246-13-R-0008 is amended as follows : 1. The deadline for receipt of responses to the Sources Sought is 3:30PM, EST on March 7, 2013. 3. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated cost magnitude of the resulting construction project is between $2,000,000 & $5,000,000. 4. The delivery method for this project shall be conventional design-bid-build. 5. The required design schedule is 120 days. 6. in regard to Item 5. ATTACHMENT 1, SF 330 Supplemental Information, Evaluation Criteria for AE Services Contract, Location in the in the general geographical area of Richmond, Virginia," c) Basis of Evaluation". Response time is defined as a physical presence at the Richmond VA Medical Center via automobile (not corporate or commercial aircraft, nor Amtrak). And it refers to any member of the project team. 7. In accordance with VAAR 852.219-10: (c) Agreement. A service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern agrees that in the performance of the contract, in the case of a contract for: (1) Services (except construction), at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the concern or employees of other eligible service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns; END AMENDMENT #1
