- Sole Source Justification for Simplified Acquisitions, Solicitation M33610-13-T-0005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M33610-13-T-0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20121231. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, (see attached Sole Source Justification) the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center is requesting a quote from SOC LLC (d.b.a. SOC NEVADA) 2 S Maine AVE, Hawthorne, NV 89415 for life support services and ammunition logistics support services aboard the Hawthorne Army Depot (HWAD) from March 12, 2013 to March 19, 2013. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) described in FAR Part 13. The estimated value of this contract action is $40,927.88. Quotes from contractors other than SOC LLC will not be considered for award. SOC LLC is the Government contractor in charge of facilities operations at HWAD.
