Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION for Laboratory Glassware Washer The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)/ Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) has a requirement (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) to purchase one (1), Laboratory Glassware Washer, with Reverse Osmosis/Deionizing (RO/DI) water filtration system, AND with the Discharge Cooldown option (cooling mixing valve), for cleaning large volumes of glassware and other non-disposable laboratory supplies used in microbiological tests at the new screening station in Port Everglades, Florida. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, (STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ), using the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures of FAR 13. The solicitation document/incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2005-64.
