- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT in accordance with - FAR subsection 8.405-6(a)(c), Limited sources justification and approval; is a logical follow-on to an original order place against the Federal Supply Schedule. This order will be issued to R & K Solutions, Inc., 2797 Frontage Rd STE 1000, Roanoke, VA 24017-1400 to procure services in support of the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) Facility Readiness Support. The Contractor is responsible for providing operation and maintenance services for the Commanding Officer's Readiness Reporting System (CORRS) and Facility Degradation Model (FDM) programs, providing quality assurance and quality control for all field inputs for system reports and to assist with MCICOM in data analysis. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Task Order with a period of performance from 1 March 2013 thru 31 August 2013. A follow-on, long-term contract will be competitively solicited during this sole source award's overall period of performance. The Government will not consider any quotes submitted as a result of this announcement. However, the Government will be competitively soliciting for a longer-term base and option period award in support of these services, to commence upon completion of this sole-source award.
