- Request For Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: FA5703-13-T-0007 - Warehouse Shelving This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64 Effective 17 Jan 2013. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued under: NAICS: 423440 - Shelving, Commercial, Wholesalers NO SET-ASIDE IS USED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. CLIN 0001: 120 (EA) - A Plus Warehouse and Equipment Supply Model Number APLW-PLT9648144HS with wooden decking pallet rack system Salient Charcteristics: Approximate dimensions of WxDxH of 96" X 48" X 144" Capable of carrying a load of no less than 6,000 Pounds CLIN 0002: 1 (LOT) - Delivery to Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait Delivery Schedule: Provide best possible delivery date with quote. Contractor is responsible for delivery to Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait. Delivery Location: Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait The US government will use the conversion of.2812 KWD to $1.00 USD. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations may be emailed to John.Purcell@asab.afcent.af.mil no later than 7 Mar 2013, 1600 (L).
