- Description
- The Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS) intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Period of Performance: Date of Award to Completion of Project, not to exceed 36 months. The proposed contract is for Consultation Services in establishing and providing advocacy to the Gallup Indian Medical Center and Northern Navajo Medical Center service areas. The Contractor is to assist in providing advocacy services to the Sexaul Assault Response Team (SART), developing social marketing approaches, and educating the students of local school districts of all grade levels. Furthermore, the Contractor will assist in establishing a program in the Gallup Service Unit area located in Gallup, NM. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and notify the Primary Point of Contact of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
