- This announcement is to provide further details on this pending solicitation. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Stewart intends to solicit offers in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) W9124M-13-R-0007 to provide the rental and service of portable chemical latrines and portable hand wash stations within the Fort Stewart, GA cantonment area and surrounding training areas of over 250,000 acres. Please note the change in solicitation number for this requirement. Please look for solicitation number W9124M-13-R-0007 for all future announcements for this requirement.
