- AMENDMENT 0001 - RFQP05161300003 Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is for General Subsistence Items (see attachment for a complete description of items). This is solicitation is set aside for 100% Small Business. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-59. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311999, the Small Business Standard is 500. The award will be based on the offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. All quotes shall include prices(s) FOB Destination. The contract type is FIRM FIXED PRICE. Quotes should reference RFQP05161300003. Quotes and Completed Offeror Representations and Certifications are due by 2:00PM CST on 18 March 2013. Offers can be mailed, delivered or faxed only. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they eligible. Anticipated date of award is on or about 22 March 2013. Vendors must be registered in www.sam.gov with all applicable information regarding your company's data to be considered for award under the applicable NAICS code. Once the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), located on the SAM website has been complete, you will no longer be required to submit 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications with your quote. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
